The Kooyong Classic 2023 player field has been confirmed with the top-profile players. The Australian Open lead-up event will be held from 10-12 January at the Kooyong Lawn Tennis Club in Melbourne.
Furthermore, the Down Under exhibition tournament next year will boast two inside the top 10, with Carlos Alcaraz(World No.01), Taylor Fritz(09), and home favorite Alex de Minaur(24).
The quality is complemented by the presence of Jannik Sinner(World No.15). The Italian rising star has won six ATP titles, fought his way into the 2021 Miami Open final, and reached the quarterfinal of all Grand Slam.

Borna Coric(26), former junior World No.1 and the winner of three ATP titles, including the 2022 Cincinnati Masters. Grigor Dimitrov(28), former World No.3 and the 2017 ATP Finals champion. And Frances Tiafoe(19), a solitary ATP title winner.
However, the most interest will be in Alcaraz, Fritz, and de Minaur.
Carlos Alcaraz, the 19-year-old from Spain, had a superb season in 2022. Spaniard became the youngest and first teenage No.1 in the ATP Rankings while he banked five titles, including US Open, Madrid Masters, and Miami Masters.
If Alcaraz is a young gun on the up, there is excitement in Fritz, the 24-year-old American who has displayed his tennis prowess to reach his career-high ranking of No.8 with three titles this year.
The best was the Indian Wells Masters, where he broke Rafael Nadal’s 20-match win streak to lift the title, becoming the first American winner of the event since Andre Agassi in 2001.
